Title:

Experimental investigation of the proximity effect in layered superconductor/ferromagnet hybrid structures

Programme:

Science and TechnologyCenter in Ukraine & Academy of Sciences of Moldova

Execution period:

2015-2016

Institutions:

Ghitu Institute of Electronic Engineering and Nanotechnologies, ASM

Project Leader:

Sidorenko Anatolie, m. cor., dr. hab., prof

Participants:

Laboratory Cryogenics

Keywords:

Inverse proximity effect, triplet pairing, spin-valve, non-uniform superconductivity, nanostructures

Summary:

In frame of the proposed project will be developed advanced nanotechnology for fabrication of multilayered hybrid superconductor-ferromagnetic nanostructures for investigation of inverse proximity effect (induced ferromagnetism in superconducting layer) and triplet superconducting state, using polarized neutron reflectometry. The obtained results will be used for development of spintronic superconducting switching elements (spin-valves).
